The Operation Manager will be an individual who is passionate about his job and able to carry out its role and responsibility with minimum supervision.  The Operation Manager will perform, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Oversees day-to-day company activities and acts as the main point of contact for customers and vendors.
  • Provides administrative supports as necessary, including organising meetings, issuing invoices and preparing statement of expenditures and incomes.
  • Reaches out and builds good relations to potentials customers and venders including maintaining database/list of potential customers and vendors.
  • Assists in development of the Company’s policies and procedures, and ensures they are implemented appropriately.
  • Deals with complaints and queries from customers.
  • Prepares company’s profiles, letters, contracts, presentations and reports.
  • Identifies opportunities and drives operational improvements to grow the company.
  • Coordinates internal and external resources and cultivates relationship with customers and vendors.
  • Responsible for creating, implementing, and managing sales strategies to drive brand awareness and engage targeted customers.
  • Conducts thorough research on industry trends, target customers and competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Understands bidding process and prepares bidding proposals/quotations.
  • Demonstrates entrepreneurial aptitude with the ability to establish and achieve goals.
  • Graduated with a degree in computer science, business administration or a related discipline. 
  • 3-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role and sales of IT solutions
  • Able to act as a self-starter who can operate independently toward goals and objectives of the company.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity
  • Able to work under tight deadline and pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details and commitment to quality.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and good personality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good command of English both written & spoken.
  • Client-service oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple constituencies in a demanding and fast-growing environment.
  • Familiarity with general accounting procedures.
  • Commitment to a customer-service-based support philosophy which involves consistently going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, fostering a positive and friendly relationship.
  • Demonstrated experience with support ticketing systems.
  • Willing to learn new skills.
